DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Amellie has partnerships with Correios (Brazilian postal services) and several carriers to deliver physical products, whose transportation time may vary according to the recipient’s region and the chosen shipping method. Estimated shipping time is given at checkout or you can simulate it in the product page. We ask you to follow your order status in the logged part of our site and make sure that there will be someone able to receive the order.
All orders will be packaged in custom boxes or envelopes and will be sealed. If consumers find that packaging is broken, do refuse it at the time of delivery, avoiding any inconvenience. In this case, we ask customers to contact Amellie through the link “Contact us”.
You can follow the status of your order through the link sent by email or by logging into our page and accessing “My Orders”.
Important: Digital Patterns (PDF) are not sent by email. After confirmation of payment, customer will have access to the link to download the file:
- On the purchase confirmation page (if payment is confirmed)
- In the “My Orders” section of the customer’s logged in area
- In the email automatically sent to the customer
Please be aware that PDF will be available for 90 days and customer can download it 5 times at most.
Last but not the least, all patterns (instructions, references, etc.) are in Brazilian Portuguese only, without translation to any language.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Amellie will exchange the product(s) purchased by its Customers, in accordance with the provisions of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Deadline for requesting an exchange/ return is up to 7 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.
Given the nature of the products sold (patterns that can be easily copied), we advise that we only accept the return or exchange of products as long as they are in their original box and that they have not been opened / tampered with, without signs of usage or violation of the original seal.
As soon as we identify the return of the original package, we will proceed to refund the amount charged through the same payment method used or to send the new product ordered. If the exchange is for a lower value product, the customer will give up the difference in value. If the exchange is for a higher value product, the customer must pay the difference in value through the payment method agreed with Amellie.
Important: purchase of Digital Patterns (PDF) is final and cannot be exchanged or returned due to the definitive nature of the shipment. Additionally, the consumer agrees that, when purchasing patterns (in paper or digital – PDF), (i) a watermark will be added with the consumer’s name and e-mail and (ii) any leak of this information in the digital files (PDF) will not be the responsibility of Amellie. This action is only intended to mitigate the risk of improper sharing on the Internet of patterns created by Amellie, in accordance with copyright protection.
